European Short Pitch is a pan-European platform empowering the next generation of short film creators.

Organized by the association P.O.V. Push Other Visions, European Short Pitch is an annual program dedicated to discovering and nurturing emerging European scriptwriters and directors, supporting them throughout the development of their short films and helping them build valuable professional connections across the continent.

The initiative blends an intensive mentorship lab on short film writing and development with the Coproduction Forum, a key event where participants pitch their projects and engage in targeted one-to-one meetings with producers, broadcasters, and festival programmers. Since its inception in 2007, European Short Pitch has supported over 300 talents, many of whose works have premiered at prestigious festivals including Cannes, Berlinale, Locarno, Sundance, and IFFR.

Why b.square?

For its 2025 edition, European Short Pitch relies on the b.square one-to-one meeting management platform to orchestrate all professional encounters during the Coproduction Forum, taking place onsite on June 2 and 3, and online on June 5 and 6.

The platform enables participants to maximize their meeting schedules by facilitating an efficient and user-friendly appointment booking process.
