Every year the festival presents a selection of over 200 documentaries from all over the world and records the presence of over 2500 accredited.
Why b.square?
The Hot Docs Film Festival relies on the capabilities of b.square to recreate their industry event digitally also this year from May 3rd to 6th.
Both Distribution Rendevouz and Deal Marker programs are auto-elaborated by the generator which schedules each attendee’s agenda with the delivery of final BlueJeans links in Agenda.
The HotDocs Team took advantage of the new b.square layout to customise the platform similarly to the main website and adapted it in terms of colours and graphics.
b.square works for the Ottawa International Animation Festival (OIAF) meeting event and gives to participants the possibility to manage optimized scheduled calendar, based on both the event timezone and their own timezone.
