Più libri più liberi is Italy’s leading fair dedicated to independent publishing, organized by the Italian Publishers Association.

Held annually in Rome each December, the fair brings together around 500 publishers from across Italy to present their latest releases and catalogues. Over five days, Più libri più liberi hosts more than 650 events, including author talks, readings, musical performances, and debates on key topics within the publishing industry. The fair represents a major meeting point for Italian and international publishing houses, foreign rights managers, literary and scouting agencies, as well as film and TV professionals.

The Rights Centre, held on December 4–5, 2025, takes place at La Nuvola, Rome’s iconic convention centre designed by architect Massimiliano Fuksas. Alongside Italian and international exhibitors, the 2025 edition introduced a new participation format with the presence of companies operating within the Business Centre, further expanding professional and cross-sector opportunities.
