MOST B2B 2026 was the matchmaking event held as part of “MOSTriamo il Futuro e incontriamo l’innovazione”, the Investor Day organised by the National Sustainable Mobility Centre (MOST).

Taking place on 30 June 2026 in Milan, the event brought together 40 innovative startups and SMEs, corporates, investors, research institutions and academia to foster collaboration and accelerate innovation in sustainable mobility. Alongside keynote sessions and startup showcases, the B2B programme enabled participants to connect through targeted one-to-one meetings designed to create new business, investment and research opportunities.

Why b.square?

MOST managed its B2B matchmaking programme through the b.square one-to-one meeting management platform. Corporate representatives, investors, academic institutions and other stakeholders were able to browse startup profiles and send meeting requests, while startups managed incoming requests through the platform.

To maximise the number and quality of meetings, the organising team relied on b.square’s automatic meeting optimiser. The scheduling algorithm takes into account participants’ availability, accepted meeting requests and the priority assigned to each request through a 1-to-5 star rating system. This allows the platform to intelligently prioritise the most valuable meetings whenever demand exceeds the number of available meeting slots, generating balanced agendas with minimal manual intervention while ensuring the best possible matching experience for all participants.
